Hi ladies! My roommate and I are looking for a new roommate in our house! It’s located a little off of 2100 S and 500 E (a few blocks from the Trader Joe’s on 700 E). We are looking for females only and someone preferably in their early twenties. This won’t let me upload photos of me and Sam but here are our instas: @[REDACTED] Here’s a little about the house: -Fully furnished other than your room -you’d share a bathroom with one other girl (Sam)
-rent is $1150 a month flat which includes the utilities and a garage space. There is also NO security deposit or need to pay any money upfront before moving in
-no security deposit or anything required also
-one 9 year old sweet cat lives here but no other animals are allowed -we have a pool, grill, slackline, and more games! -we have a nice big backyard -we like to host friends a lot -we like to keep the house clean -we live in a very good neighborhood and off of any main roads which is nice and we have super chill neighbors
-we love to have fun! Now here’s a little about me and my roommate!:
My name is Taylor and I’m about to go into my fourth year at the U and I also coach tennis. I’m an outgoing person and love to do outdoor activities like ski, camp, travel, backpack, craft, be with friends, etc! My roommate Sam is a nail tech and does bomb ass nails as well as interior design. She loves to craft, be outdoors, travel, be at the lake/boat, go on walks, roadtrip, hang out with friends, etc. We also are both always down for a good rot sesh on the couch and play fortnite all day lol. We are both friendly people and are looking for someone to become friends with rather than just a roommate. DM me if you have any questions!
