My previous roommate recently moved to Colorado for a job promotion, and I’m looking for someone to share my 1-bedroom apartment. The lease runs through November 21, 2026. Paper work will need to be filled out to add you to the remainder of the lease along with your vehicle because they do tow vehicles that are not on the lease * 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom

* Small ESA dog in the home
* No smoking of any kind
* No parties I’m open to both male and female roommates. My previous roommate stayed in the living room while I used the bedroom, but I’m flexible. If you would prefer the bedroom, I can move my setup into the living room instead. Looking for someone respectful, clean, responsible, and reliable. Background checks will be required, and any damages caused to the apartment or property will be the responsibility of the tenant who caused them.
