Professional Male - 55 - Quiet

Thank you for taking the time to read my post. I am a 55 year old, straight, professional male. I am very (very) clean, quiet, and respectful. I will treat your place as if it were my own. I am looking to rent a room between E. Indian School Rd. to Shea Blvd. and between 56th Street and Hayden Rd. Honesty and communication (maturity) are HUGE. I do not party, smoke, nor have friends over. I am very health contious. Mind, body, and soul. I do cook all of my own meals. However, I only meal prep 2X per week. I will work around your schedule and clean everything immediately. I am happy to meal prep for you too if you like? Of course, you would pay for your own food. I do need some refrigerator space and 1-2 kitchen cabinets. I would like to bring my own bed/ mattress. This is due to being hit by a drunk driver 7 months ago and is needed for my back and physical recovery. Other than that, I will not be bringing much. I do expect the same respect & common courtesy. Ideally, I would be renting a room in a house with a likeminded person of similar age or older, for 12 months, maybe longer. A quite environment inside and out is very important. Please be honest if you have loud neighbors, barking dogs, AirBnB, or contruction nearby. A recent background check can be provided immediately upon request.
