Roommate in Aurora needed!

Hi! My name is Mariah, I’m 23, and I am looking for a roommate to join me in my new lease in Aurora. It’s a 3bed 1ba house but the third bedroom will be a second living area so it would just be me and you (and my dog). It has a huge fenced in backyard with a patio and two sheds and I plan to make it a really cozy place that feels like a home. You could move in anytime between early July to early August and the rent would be $1k plus utilities. A little bit about me is that I moved to Colorado a few years ago from upstate NY. I currently live in cap hill but am moving to Aurora to be closer to Anschutz since I am about to start a job there. I love sports and the gym, reading, snowboarding, science, and going on random side quests. I like going out at night occasionally but also love a calm movie night or something that doesn’t involve drinking. I’m hoping for a roommate around my age that wants to be friends and hang out and not just live together. The landlord only allows one pet and I have a dog so unfortunately no pets would be allowed.
