We are a young couple (36 & 33), been together for 11.5 years, selling a room to rent together with our 2 cats that primarily stay in our room with us, unless we take them out on leashes in their harnesses. Our current situation is unsafe, and untenable. Need a space ASAP. I am as my profile states. He is employed full time, working during the day. We're both very quiet roommates, we stick to ourselves for the most part, though we are not opposed to socializing at all, and we try to be respectful at all times.
