10 minutes from downtown and WWU

Me and my roommate are looks for one orher roommate. Available 07/01 We already have a place and are other roommate is moving out to live with his partner. We live less then 10 minutes from both downtown bellingham and Western Washington University. The apartment is 1215 sq ft and i have the floor plans listed below. We have a larage balcony, nice in unit washer and dryers, dishwasher, 2 parking spots and a 10 ft by 10ft storage unit. The actual room is 9 ft 2 in by 9 ft 11 in with a window. The room doesn't have a closet but there is a large hallway closet thay is designated for the person in that room. The room and closet are highlighted in the floorplans. As i mentioned there are 2 parking spots, one available as i already have a car. One spot is in the apartment complex garage and the other is a reserved spot in the parking lot. As for the roommates we are both queer and outside of the gender binary and nerodivergint and were looking for someobe similar and/or respectful. I work full time and use my free time either lounging or doing arts and crafts. My roommate is a student at western studying early childhood education. We live with 2 cats( both mine) so were looking for a roommate with no pets. Or at least no roaming pets
