Awesome location, roommate, & dog!

I’m easygoing, social, and fun to live with. I’m also a bit of a night owl since I usually don’t get home from work until around 11pm or midnight. I’ve lived here for 5 years. My first roommate moved out of state with his girlfriend, and my current roommate recently graduated from the U and is moving on. I’m looking for a chill male roommate, ideally 18–40, who’s social, laid-back, and fun to be around. Preferably not someone who spends every waking hour gaming or hiding in their room like a cave troll surviving on energy drinks and Discord notifications. Bonus points if you’re into sports, especially basketball. Best-case scenario? Gain a good roommate and an actual friend, not just someone I occasionally hear microwaving ramen at 2am. I keep the place pretty clean overall, and the location is excellent. It’s less than two blocks from the State Capitol. Rent includes all utilities, internet, unlimited laundry, and a dedicated parking spot.
