My name is Jennifer, and I am the landlord. I have a room available in a 3 bedroom apartment that is occupied by my aunt and uncle. The room has a large closet, windows, and its own fridge. The apartment is super clean and quiet. We would prefer a roommate who is quiet, respectful, and clean. Serious college students are also welcome. There is no smoking, vaping, unprescribed drugs, weapons, and loud noise past reasonable time ( 10 pm to 9Am) allowed inside or anywhere on property grounds. No overnight guest without written approval from me. The apartment is located 2 mns walks from the train station, 1 mn to the bus, and a laudromat is just a few steps away. Summer is here, the apartment has central air, and AC will be on at predetermined hours at night when temperature reaches certain degrees.
