We have a screened in back porch, fenced in yard. Located right across the street from a nice park with a walking trail. You can watch the Blue Angels practice from the yard. Property manager on-. The 875 includes utilities. We offer a 6 month lease and 3 month lease for traveling nurses! After 6 or 3 month lease is completed, we do offer month to month. Home is well kept and clean. Internet is provided. We can provide furniture for the rooms if desired or if you'd like to bring your own let us know. We give priority renting to military and traveling nurses. No Pets. No Smoking.
