We have one room available in a beautiful and sunny Jamaica Plain apartment! Looking to fill a room in a 4 bedroom/ 3 bath flat in Jamaica plain. The room is available now 😊 The rent is $1,200 per month and the landlord is asking for first month and security. You would have your own bedroom, with a very large closet! The room can come partially furnished if you want. The apartment is close to Jamaica pond, and in walking distance to Longwood. The green and orange line are 10-15 min by foot and bus 39 just around the corner. It is also close to the city center with grocery stores and tons of nice restaurants! The apartment has a front and back porch, spacious living room, kitchen with a dishwasher, and in unit laundry. There is also a driveway! We have one very sweet dog, Winston— so we are hoping you are a dog lover! We could accept someone else with a dog, but it would have to be just the right fit.
We're looking for someone about the same age/ stage in life. Here's a little about your potential future roommates: Margaux (she/her) 34 year old preschool teacher. Loves spending time with her dog, Winston, going on hikes, going to brunch or trying new restaurants, going to museums, and wine/movie nights with friends. Jenna - she/her- former tech worker turned social worker. She is queer and loves outdoor adventures, matcha and finding new yoga spots in Boston. Kevin - he/him - 34 in June works in tech and works from home 4 days a week. Likes to bake on occasion and enjoys the arts. Appreciates an LGBTQ+ friendly environment We all have our own social lives, but enjoy chatting at the end of the day at home or grabbing an occasional drink out.
