No smoking (I have asthma)

I'm 23 years old, graduating from grad school at UF this May, and I'm moving to Anaheim for a full-time, in-person, 9-5 job. I do love to sing (but of course we can communicate about quiet hours) and I've done a cappella for 5 years. I love pets, traveling, musical theatre, playing video games, food, Halloween, and everything Disney/Universal. I'm mostly a quiet, stay-at-home type of person but I do love a good adventure, and I'm excited to explore California!
*Note* I do have some apartment options in mind, but am open to other options! I'm mostly just looking for a roommate match - someone respectful, kind, communicative, and fun to live with (it would be awesome to be friends too).
