Sorry no cats, other dogs ok pending a meet and greet. We are seeking a female roommate for a shared household. The room is intended for single occupancy only. This is a Spanish- and English-speaking household and generally a quiet home. The ideal roommate is respectful, clean, and comfortable living in a calm, low-drama shared household environment. Location: The home is located close to the Market–Frankford Line (Blue Line / “El”), providing quick access to Center City, Temple University, and surrounding areas. This makes it a great option for students or professionals.
Move-in: First month’s rent and a security deposit are required at move-in. Utilities (split between household members): • 1/3 electric • 1/3 water • $30/month internet • Tenant covers their own food expenses Features: • Full access to kitchen and common areas • In-house gym (treadmill + weight set on first floor) • Basement storage available (unfinished basement) • Room can remain partially furnished — tenant would only need to bring a mattress, or the furniture can be removed if preferred
