I’m a 23-year-old working professional in software sales, based near Newport Beach. I recently relocated to Southern California for work and have a consistent weekday schedule. I’m active and into fitness, so I spend a good amount of time at the gym or out during the day. I enjoy being social and going out with friends occasionally, but I also value having a clean, calm, and comfortable home environment. I’m easygoing, respectful, and very mindful of shared spaces — I keep things tidy, communicate well, and am always reliable with rent. I get along well with different personalities and am just looking for a solid living situation with good people and a good, low-stress vibe.
