Base Rent = $1,678 (per person) + utilities (TOTAL = around $1800/month per person) NOTE: Included photos of the bedroom furnished by a previous roommate, but the room will be UNFURNISHED. * Complex events & weekly food trucks NOTE: *** I have two kitties *** that are super friendly & well-behaved! I’m looking for an animal lover, someone who’s not allergic to cats, doesn’t own a pet, & would be comfortable occasionally helping feed them when I’m traveling or working late, if it aligns with your schedule.
