- Quiet fourplex with friendly neighbors + shared backyard (which has a trampoline!)
- $1425/month rent, $1500 security deposit
- Private unfurnished room (~140 sq ft) - fits queen bed, desk & dresser comfortably
- In-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, full kitchen
- Pet-friendly! (the cats in the pics are not mine, they belong to my current roomie who is moving out. i don’t have any pets but i welcome yours!) Utilities:
- Water/garbage included
- PG&E split equally (~$60-180/month depending on the season)
- Internet $66/month, split equally Location perks:

- Short walk, bus or bike ride to Berkeley Bowl West, cute cafes, a diverse selection of small grocery stores
- 10 min walk to Berkeley Marina & 4th Street About me: 28, she/her, BIPOC working professional. Love hiking, biking, yoga, crocheting, and local events/markets. I value a peaceful, respectful, positive home environment, and like to have the occasional friend over. Ideal roommate: Working professional or grad student who values clean shared spaces, open communication, and wants a warm place to call home. Move-in: April 2026 (month-to-month lease). Preference for someone looking for a long-term lease (1-2 years)
