Hi everyone! I'm looking for a female housemate to share this bright and spacious apartment with me in the Pico-Robertson area. Private bedroom & bathroom, beautiful balcony, huge closets & ample storage space, outside pool/hot tub, garage parking, two sinks and ovens. No pets or smoking. $1450/mo with a garage parking spot and most utilities included (except WiFi and electricity). Ideal move-in is April 1st, but I may be able to make May 1st work. The lease is one year and can be month-to-month after that, but subletting may also be a possibility. Can be furnished- my current housemate can't bring most of her things with her! A little about me: I'm a 24-year-old professional in the music industry and a graduate student at UCLA. I'm clean but not a clean freak, very chill, and I mostly keep to myself. I'm usually in my room working! About the neighborhood: Pico-Robertson is a vibrant, friendly community with a wonderful Jewish spirit- think amazing kosher restaurants, beautiful temples within walking distance, and holiday vibes year-round. It’s usually a 15-minute drive to UCLA (depending on traffic) and super convenient to everything else: 10 minutes to Culver City, Beverly Hills, Century City, and The Grove.
