I’m searching for a mature, reliable, clean roommate with great communication skills. The place would be occupied only by you and I. I’m pretty chill, respectful and easy going. Really stay to myself, very rarely have company. So I’d prefer no parties or occasional guests. I’m a working professional who keeps a quiet and clean home. Decent, medium sized room with a closet and shelf for storage.
Air conditioning inside room.
Shared areas would be the shower, kitchen, dining room and living room. There’s a projector in the room with a Roku box already set up. If you’d like it to be removed, that’s possible. The room is not furnished as picture is shown.
