Very safe gated development (2 gated entries) Share with one easy going NHS professional (male, 27, Irish) works in the ambulance service so away from home a lot of hours plus does his masters When at home always friendly, but enjoys spending most his time in his (ensuite) bedroom. Balcony (smoking allowed) Free residents’ gym + parcel reception Bills approx. £180/month(council tax, water, cleaner, energy, internet)
