Hi! I’m Nathaniel — I’m easygoing, respectful, and pretty low-key during the week. I work full-time and keep a consistent schedule, so I appreciate a clean, calm home environment to recharge in. I’m tidy in shared spaces (kitchen and bathroom especially), good about communicating, and always pay rent and utilities on time.
