Looking for a new roommate

Hello! We are looking for a non smoking roommate to rent out a bedroom with a private full bathroom in our beautiful home. We are located in the Berkley area of Denver. The house is located in a calm neighborhood, parks close by, near the highway to get you anywhere you want to go fast(10 minutes from downtown Denver, 9 minutes to old town Arvada, 15 minutes to Golden, 20 minutes to Boulder, and less than 20 minutes from the Red Rocks Amphitheater!) Rent is $1200/month. All utilities are included. Security deposit is $400. Move in date would Ideally be June 1st but we can be flexible (earlier or later). We need a clean and respectful roommate who is looking for a calm and peaceful place to call home. Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate pets at this time The house has a new brand carpet in the bedrooms and living room, tile in the kitchen and bathroom. VR head set in the living room. Central AC and heating.
