Located 15min drive from LSU Campus* My fiancé, roommate, and I are searching for a female roommate to take over our roommate’s space who’s [REDACTED] in a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment, so the bathroom, living room, and kitchen would be shared amongst the four of us. Must be okay with cats; we have four and love them greatly. I have a full time job and work from home as a music professional, but am willing to keep my work levels at a reasonable level. Base Rent is listed at $430.00 (includes water, gas, sewage, garbage, and Wi-Fi as well). Electricity typically ranges between $40.00 - $80.00 monthly. Lease is ongoing for a 12 month period, but options for short term lease may be possible, as the old roommate may desire to move back in around November of this year. Move-in may be available as soon as March 15th.
