2 girl roommates looking for a third roommate (Preferably also a girl in early to mid 20s) Lease Start Date: August 1st
Rent: $850 + Average $100-140 utilities Room is 1 of 2 upstairs and there is an additional bedroom in the basement. There are 2 bathrooms in the home as well as updated kitchen appliances, its close to CSU, washer and dryer included, partly furnished, has a big backyard, two living rooms, and a great landlord. There will be pets here (3 cats and 1 dog) so no additional pets please. All litter boxes will be kept in our personal rooms and dog poop will be picked up in the back yard!
