We have a room for rent in a single family house in East Toms River. This is a private room with a shared bathroom, kitchen, laundry room, and common areas. All utilities, including internet, are included in the rent.

The house is extremely quiet and mellow. We're looking for an employed roommate that also fits this description. There is an opportunity here to rent a bedroom and a home office as well.
