Kitchen includes a full oven, gas stove top, full fridge/freezer, wine cooler and marble countertops. There is a washer and dryer in the property, a shared " TV in the living room, and a large south facing patio and lawn. There's storage space available in a double garage. Additionally, we have a shared driveway and street parking (no restrictions). The rent for this room is $ + utilities.
