$ per month, utilities are usually about another $ a month so usually around a month.

Roommates
Max of 3 other female roommates, dependent on if other roomates are here for summer or sublease.
They’re clean, respectful, and will likely be out during the day for internships/classes.

Move-in flexible by a few days if needed. Move out is hard deadline as that is when the lease ends
