We have 2 rooms in a large house available for rent in a safe and friendly Scofield Farm neighborhood (Parmer Lane & Metric). We are looking for a roommate who might be looking for a long-term lease.

* Furnished common areas (living room, dining, laundry room, kitchen, and a private fenced backyard)
* Easy access to I, N Mopac, Hwy
* mins to Apple, The Domain, IBM, Amazon, etc.
* mins to HEB, Walmart, Walgreens, Starbucks, etc.
* mins to Downtown Austin, Round Rock; Pflugerville
* mins to Rock Rose/The Domain, Arboretum/Great Hills, Wholefood, Trader Joe's, Topgoft, etc.

This price is for a clean, friendly, respectful individual (no illegal drugs, party, loud music, or smoking in or around the house) and light cooking
House rules include shoes off at the door and no dirty dishes left in the sink more than hours.
