I am looking for a nice, clean, honest, stable and responsible roommate. The room is in Norcross GA. The monthly rent is $ 880 and the room will be available on March 30th/26. I can show it with an appointment, please. The room has three closets, a private bathroom, new paint and new fan. I do NOT offer laundry service. I only wanting one MAN tenant, no pets, not kids, no couples no women, please The security deposit is $ 320 for this room. The room is in Norcross GA, it is close to main roads such as: Jimmy Carter Blvd, Indian Trail, Singleton Road, Harbys Road, besides the room is near the south and north exits of 85. There are all kind of businesses around, such as: Banks, stores, restaurants, gas stations, laundries, gyms, Super Wal- mart, Kroger, Food Depot, car services, tag office, etc. The room will be completely empty, NO chairs, tables, mirror, pictures. I let you know that, because those photos have those things there.
If you have any question, please let me know, I will response as soon as possible.
I can show the room Monday to Friday from 4 pm to 8 pm or on weekends from 3 pm to 8 pm (except on Wednesdays)
Note:
This room is located in this zip code 30093 (Norcross GA) It is not close to Marta public transportation. The room is near to Gwinnett bus station, almost three blocks from the house.
