Hey 👋 my name is Jerimiah I go by Jer for short I go to school online for data analytics finishing my associates fixing to start my bachelors so am studying a lot I’m quiet clean respectful I have no criminal record no evictions I have cash on hand I could afford up to and up to hundred on a deposit i do vape I am friendly I don’t mind leaving the property entirely for the weed or going outside for vaping I’m a big guy and look intimidating but am friendly and chill I’m so I’m a millennial I’ll probably get out a lot and walk when I’m not studying and working on school so won’t even see me too too much either despite being a student and not having a job to go to I can stay sparse I understand it isn’t my place and I got to do something during the day lol 😆 any ways I’ve about ran out of words on this thing but hopefully I’ve shared enough to make an offer also I’m very strong and very helpful any thing you need done from washing dishes to yard work I don’t mind doing at all I live there so it’s only right I keep any mess clean I would be moving from Bakersfield but was born and raised in Sacramento so more familiar with Sacramento Bakersfield is just to small
