Room for Rent – Private Room with Walk-In Closet
I have a private room with a walk-in closet available in a newer home located in a clean, safe, and quiet neighborhood. You’re welcome to enjoy the garden, and the home also has a new washer and dryer. For added safety, the house is equipped with ceiling fire sprinkler extinguishers throughout and exterior security cameras.
You’ll have your own sink in the shared bathroom, along with dedicated drawers and cabinet space, plus pantry space for your dry goods.
The home includes high-speed internet, and rent covers all utilities: water, gas, electricity, garbage, and internet.
Driveway parking is available if your vehicle is in good condition and does not leak fluids; otherwise, street parking is required.
I own the home and keep a quiet routine, going to bed early, so the environment is peaceful. My kids stay with me every other weekend.
No drugs or smoking allowed. I’m not looking for a couple or someone who plans to have frequent overnight guests. Please be clean, respectful, and responsible.
Rent is due on the 1st of each month. A late fee will be applied if rent is not paid within 3 days of the due date.
The home is conveniently located about minutes from Sacramento International Airport and minutes from downtown Sacramento. It’s also close to major medical centers including Sutter Health and Kaiser Permanente. All major grocery stores are nearby, including Costco.
There is a new park next to the house and plenty of walking paths throughout the neighborhood, making it a great place for a quiet and comfortable living environment.
