We are looking for a quiet and respectful roommate to fill our extra bedroom in this lovely on-campus unit! This large private room comes fully furnished with a brand new queen sized bed, nightstand, dresser, two fans, desk, and chair all free for you to use. The bathroom will be shared with two other respectful adults.
We are conveniently located right by Anteater Express and OC bus stops. Personal vehicles are also allowed to park free onsite.
This sublease is available year-round, with flexible dates.
No extra fees, utilities and internet are already included in this price! A security deposit will be due at the time of move-in, amount will depend on length of stay.
