Furnished Room for Rent

Hello,

I have a very nice furnished/ unfurnished room for rent available on January . Month to month lease to start but I am willing to extend the contract until September .

I require a security deposit as well as the first months rent due upon move in. That’s a total of the security deposit is fully refundable or can be applied to the last months rent under the conditions that the room is left in a satisfactory condition.

Free Parking, Cable, Internet, Water, Sewage, Trash, are all included in the price.

I am a very quiet and clean person, I don’t smoke or drink and you’ll hardly know I’m even home. Unfortunately: ❌Kids, ❌Pets and ❌Couples are Not Permitted.
