Cool Roommate wanted

Two bedroom apartment with insuite washer and dryer, the bedroom will be unfurnished. I'm a year old male, just looking for a cool person to live with. I Have two cats and they are my boss. Occasionally party friendly but for the most part I'm in my own world. I am a tidy person, very easy to get along with. The rent is I am willing to negotiate on the cost. But with internet and power included is my offer. You can set up and decorate the apartment as you want and there is a photo of the room that has walk in closet. Still occupied until next week but will be cleaned and empty before move in. Couples are welcome
