I'm looking for a roommate who has no problem the rent. The utility bills for internet, natural gas, and electricity are included in the rent.
Please be very clean in the house and in your room and also be willing to help keep this apartment as pristine as possible in the shared areas.

This apartment is in a beautiful neighborhood but there are sounds from the street that can bother certain people.
