Hello! 2 partially furnished rooms in a house are for rent in a newly built, quiet neighborhood in Laveen. Room #2 is ready now (w/walk in closet) and Room #4 will be available in mid/end-Feburary. The bathroom is shared. There are currently 2 male tenants in their late s. They keep to themselves, are clean, and spend most of their time working. Would prefer another male in their s who does not smoke and no pets (there's already a small dog in the home).
Water, trash, sewer, and half of electric, wifi,
and gas are covered.

Move-in: $ deposit + first month's rent
