Looking for long term roommate bottom floor apartment. No pets allowed. No smokers/vaping (inside or outside). No drugs and this includes weed. Second room is occupied by a female roommate.

Rent includes water, electric, fiber wireless internet. The apartment is furnished except for the room(s) for rent. There is a washer and dryer in the Apartment and plenty of parking. Complex has a pool and gym.

Looking for a roommate who cleans up after themselves, drama free, doesn’t eat other people’s food without replacing with the same, helps with cleaning the apartment common areas and keeps their space clean, not into partying or get together’s at the apartment and pays the bills each month on time.
