Room in Bankstown

Hi all,
Looking for a housemate in my unit in Bankstown.
It is minute walk from the station or 5 minute drive
Parking on the street unfortunately no parking in the apartment complex.
I recently bought the unit and put a lot of money into it to renovate the floors, walls, kitchen appliances, laundry appliances etc.
A lot of what I have are also hand me downs and while that means the utensils, crockery, pots and pans are older that doesn’t mean I don’t cherish them.
Looking for someone respectful and reliable with rent.
Female preferred but open to all options.
I have two kittens and my partner stays weekends. Usually just sharing the apartment with myself (and the kittens).
The room has a built in wardrobe but is unfurnished otherwise.
2 weeks bond.
