I have a furnished room available in Stafford/Sugarland September 2026 ap underscorejmail atyahoo It is easy access to /Beltway 8. The zip code here is.The cross roads are intersection of Ludwig and Brand Lane. It is a fairly new subdivision and is very safe.It is about 3 miles from West Belfort Park and ride and miles from the Medical Center (via HWY ).It is also close to Sugar land Town Center/groceries/gyms. There is internet access in the house.You are welcome to use the kitchen. You will have your own room fully furnished with a bed, TV, night stand, table and chair.The room also has a walk-in closet and the Shared bathroom is just outside the bedroom. Shared bath is with my college age son (goes to UH Pharmacy college). I will maintain the cleanliness of the shared bath.We also have washer and dryer in the house for you to do laundry.Can you tell me a little more about yourself, where are you from or working at, etc?Should you have any questions or interested to check out the place, please let me know.
