Looking for a clean person that can communicate in a respectful manner; able to pass a background check to get on the lease at least until December of this year and punctual to pay rent the last day of each month.
Room for rent available immediately, furnished.
No pets allowed, I already have 2 cats and the leasing office won’t allow more pets.
Services included -internet too- if gas and electricity do not come up a lot higher than what I currently pay per month.
Laundry room shared if respectful to the rules and days of use inside the apartment. Or.. you can use the one by the leasing office across the building.
Parking without a roof FCFS.
Located next to Walmart in Cedar Breaks apartments, smoking free community. Close to convenient most everything, bus stops, grocery stores, highway, gas stations and more.
Pool during summer time. Hot tub and gym throughout the year.
Deposit: $’will go to your application fee and background check. Will return $ after leaving if no damages to the property.
