Place has a lovely “nature” feel / vibe to it & you are right up the road to all the cafes and everything else that Cronulla Beach has to offer. The fast train is minutes to the city. Cronulla Beach is the next surf beach down from Maroubra (after Botany) - The place is situated on a "QUIET" part of the Kingsway. All the neighbours keep to themselves. It comes fully equipped with everything you’ll need including kitchen utilities / laundry & bathroom including towels etc.

Most apartments in the area are around "$ PW- $@@@" so you are saving a lot of money and therefore your capacity to “save” and get ahead is very possible. The occupant is also always away (very rarely home) so you will have the place to yourself and won’t have to worry about any bills (electricity and water).

Your bedroom is very big and there are lovely trees / nature that surrounds - and there are also distant water views.
