Hi, my name is Ethan. I am a professional living with a buddy. We are looking for two roommates. We are mid-twenties professionals who are respectful, responsible & friendly. We enjoy playing/watching sports, golf, music & cooking. One roommate works from home & one goes to an office. There is a friendly golden retriever living here. The rooms are in Denver in a single-family home in the highly desirable Midtown. Conveniently located less than 5 miles from downtown Denver and easy access to Hwy . Westminster light rail station, restaurants, Bruz Beers, dog parks, splash and play kids parks, expansive trail system and weekly food trucks all within walking distance! When you enter the home you can appreciate the tall ceilings, natural light and open-concept living space. The beautiful kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, gas range, large white cabinets and a large granite island to prep and enjoy meals. One available private bedroom is located upstairs and is spacious with large windows. Bathroom would be shared. The laundry room is conveniently located upstairs. There is a second bedroom available with a private bath located in a fully finished basement that has spacious 9-foot ceilings. You would have access to a private bonus living room/office space. The upstairs would rent for the indicated price and the downstairs bedroom with private bath and bonus room would rent for two fifty more. Both rooms are unfurnished (bedroom pictures show current furnishing which will be moved out). Small to Medium sized dogs (up to lbs) considered, but depends on how it will interact with current golden retriever already in the house.
