I live in a th wheel bathrooms , the room I’m renting out has its own entrance and bathroom without a shower , we share the only shower in the other bathroom . Please I expect cleanliness. $ deposit plus first months rent equals to be $ to move in . Last month you move out all u have to pay is $ no utilities just $ for rent there’s bunk beds and closet space . The rv park I live in is very nice and quiet also. With parking for one car and free laundry room. Also I’m a security guard so I work and I expect for my roommate to work also I’m quiet and I mind mine own Buisness and I stay out of yours.
