Apartment has been fully remodeled recently and the neighborhood is safe and friendly. This will be a shared apartment and not just a room. Everything in your room is brand new, carpet, paint, ceiling fan on remote and new window blinds. The room can be furnished with a dresser and night stands, a headboard and a queen bed frame and box spring, all you would need is your own mattress. This would add $ a month to your rent to have it furnished. It would be furnished with a beautiful, matching bedroom set. The apartment is furnished by me and the kitchen has everything for cooking that you are welcome to use. Including a " TV with free cable and free UFC fights. There is a big back patio with a deck for bbqing and hanging out. I am a years young straight male who works in and out of the apartment, mostly out though. I enjoy cooking, watching and playing sports, having a beer or two once in a while, throwing darts which I have a board in the living room and spending time with family and friends. For the most part I keep to myself or I'm at my girlfriends house. I am clean, I like things kept clean in the common areas. I use dishes, I clean dishes and put them away. Pretty simple. I am quiet and respectful of others, I turn off lights and provide common courtesy. Utilities are split approx. $ each per month. There is a small deposit of $. The deposit is refundable upon move out and returning the room in good condition. day notice when moving. I'm easy going, friendly, helpful, I cook often and share good stuff and want to make living a little easier for both of us by having a roommate. Please be kind, flexible, respectful and pay the rent and utilities on the first of every month and we will get along perfect and have fun.
