Room currently occupied

Description

Room has closet and *very* small "half-bath". The rest of the house would be shared like the living room, kitchen, and shower since the half bath previously mentioned doesn't have one. Only other bill is electric, current roommate is looking to move out soon but I wanted to see about getting another roomie first !
