Roommate needed mid April Move in

Hi 👋🏽 seeking roommate (open to m/f) for a new luxury condo at the Jasper apts in Downtown la next to the crypto arena and USC campus. I am moving in late April or May move in. $ each, rent is $ total. WiFi $ each and utilities appx $ each. Parking $ each some incentives offered and plenty guest parking.

This condo has everything you need. The pictures speak for itself see below layout. Very friendly, very clean, modern and ultra luxurious. They even offer a free bootcamp weekly in the gym. Super excited for this new condo and finding the right roommate to share. I am open for short term but prefer long term stays. I am a law student and full time finance professional from Nyc living in La for over yrs. I have a 5lb toy poodle 🐩. Open to small well trained dogs as well.
