I’m looking for someone to take over my lease at Village West for the Summer semester. The room is in a -bath unit with 3 male roomies, with rent at $/month, which includes utilities and insurance. I am looking for someone to take over my lease on (flexible) and the lease ends on .
Amenities include a free parking spot, free Wi-Fi, access to a gym, pool, basketball courts, and walking trails. There’s also a bus that runs to campus every minutes.
The room comes fully furnished with a bed, mattress, desk, chair, 4-drawer dresser, and nightstand. It also features a walk-in closet with ample storage and an in-unit washer and dryer.
