Hello,

My name is Brian. I have 2 available rooms to choose from in this house. Both rooms are furnished with queen size beds, dresser drawers, ceiling fans, smart TV, WiFi and ample closet space. TV's include several streaming apps. A shared bathroom with dual sinks is between the rooms. The laundry room is across from the rooms and both of which are located upstairs. Kitchen is downstairs with a 3 seat island and lots of spaces as you see in my pictures. Two dogs live in the house along with my son and myself. My son is scheduled to go to college in late August. Parking is in front of the house on the street. Each room is $ per month with a $ non refundable deposit. This house is very calming and quiet. Not to mention clean and tidy.
