ISO roommate asap

Description

my name is katherine and i am looking for a roommate to move in asap. The other tenant is moving in with her partner after her partner’s housing situation fell through. She can move out at any point, but will pay through march.

the apartment is bath apartment on the 3rd floor, no elevator.

rent is $ per month + $6 for renters insurance (required) + wifi $ + electricity ~$/month each. water & trash are included.
The lease renews at the end of April, and I am looking for someone to be added to the lease (1 year).
In-unit washer & dryer, dishwasher, ice maker, and AC. located in south avl across from the outlet mall. The location is convenient, with a short drive to downtown and near the arboretum and parkway entrance.
i have a senior kitty cat, Luna. no other pets are allowed on the lease unless they are in an cage/tank. She is laidback and sweet, once she gets warms up

looking for someone who keeps clean and tidy. I have OCD and sometimes it is more pervasive and i go on cleaning sprees, but i do not expect the other person to clean as much as i do.
I'd love to discuss how to split typical chores and create a system that works for both of us.
I have furnished all of the communal areas in the apartment so i ask and hope for respect for my personal belongings.
I am most comfortable with another female but i am comfortable with any gender/gender identity.
I like to have company over, and I do not mind if the other person has company either, i just like a heads-up.

i am , she/her pronouns. i love nature, raves, true crime, crafts, and lots else. I like to have game nights, tea parties, picnics on the parkway. I graduated from WCU & obtained my master's degree from arizona state (online) last year.
i am vegetarian and have a sensitive stomach to the smell of seafood.

i value open-mindedness, communication, and understanding. i am a part of the LGBTQ+ community, liberal, and i apologize but i cannot live with someone who voted for trump.
