The arrangement will be official, so standard documents will be required (rental agreement, bank statements, etc.).
Payment is due upfront for 6 months.

• Includes a private bathroom with a bathtub, shower, toilet, etc.
• Built-in wardrobe with shelves
• Currently, there’s a bed with storage, but the current tenant may take it with her.


About me:
, I’m an architect, sometimes working from home and other times spending the whole day on construction sites. I don’t have any bad habits, don’t play loud music, and don’t throw parties. 🙃

I have a Shiba Inu dog who’s elderly, calm, and mostly sleeps. On weekends, we go for long walks in the local park.

What I’m looking for:
I’m ideally looking for a girl with a similar calm temperament, independence and lifestyle.

About the area:
I don’t think it needs much explanation – it’s one of the best locations in London, it’s wonderful here ❤️
