Due to getting a job overseas, I am in need of someone to transfer my lease to ASAP! I live in a lovely apartment (is it still an apartment if no one is above of below you?) close to shopping centers and Downtown Manassas, a great central area in the DMV! The details are as follows:

Address: Leighton Place Manassas VA

Rent: $ base rent

Parking: Parking is unassigned and free 1 car per person on the lease, located on the ground floor right next to the mailboxes

Pet policy: Pets are allowed, but we have never had any pets here.

Amenities: Gas stove, Heating, AC, Fiber-optic internet

Notes: although the interior is lovely, the location is the main selling point of this apartment, especially if you work in data centers or travel around the DMV—pretty much everything is accessible from here!
