Roomates needed!!

Hello! I’m a year old female who is looking for two roommates! Rent is $ a month (split between the roomates) plus a refundable deposit (also split between the roomates) . SRP, trash, water, sewer, and WiFi are not included in the rent. I have two rooms available and the bathroom would be shared between the two new roomates. Pets are welcome, there is already a 4 year old dog living here with me. Looking for roomates to move here in May, lease is a year, once the year is up you can feel free to move out or we can discuss another year renewal
. I mainly keep to myself, but would like to get roomates around my age so we can all be friends and make our home welcoming and friendly! I’m seeking female roomates but I am open to males as well. Prefer no couples but also open to the idea. We have a one car garage with storage space and a big driveway that can fit cars along with street parking. Living room and kitchen are pretty spacious. The bathroom that will be shared only has a shower but it’s pretty big. The back yard is big but unfortunately it’s just dirt, does have a little patio area though!
